🛠️ Reporting Technical Issues
- Customers must report any technical issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
- If reported within this window, the item will be exchanged free of charge.
- 📹 A video of the product is shared before delivery to confirm it’s fully functional.
⏳ Late Reporting:
- After 2 days, issues must be reported in person at our showroom.
- The item will undergo inspection before approval for exchange.
✅ Return & Exchange Conditions
- Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, with packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- All items are inspected by our team before approval.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
In compliance with Kuwait’s e-commerce regulations, the following categories are excluded due to health, hygiene, safety, or installation factors:

- Hair Dryers (Electronic & Manual)
- Lice Removers, Shavers, Ear Cleaners
- Callus Removers, Blackhead Extractors, Hair Removal Devices
Hair & Beard Care
- Combs, Beard Straightening Tools, Beard Filling Pens
Socks & Footwear
- All types (including gel, compression socks)
Dental & Nail Care
- Tongue Brushes, Dental Floss, Sonic Oral Tools
- Nail Clippers, Polishers, Accessories
Health & Installed Items
- EMS Foot Mats, Nebulizers, Body Massagers
- Assembled Tables (non-returnable once disassembled)
Clothing & Undergarments
- Underwear, T-Shirts, Vests (slimming, anti-sweat), Belts
📌 Size exchange allowed within 2 days for clothing/undergarments if unused and in original condition (except KH03465). WhatsApp support available for size queries.
⚡ Flash Deal Policy
- Products under Flash Deal promotions are non-returnable.
- If a manufacturing defect is found, exchange is possible within 2 days only, subject to availability and inspection.
📦 Return Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp before visiting to confirm eligibility.
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- ❌ Products with misuse or physical damage are disqualified.
- 🧾 A valid invoice is required.
- Products must be in original packaging and resellable condition.
- Returns are handled exclusively at our showroom.
🛡️ Warranty (14 Days)
All products (except excluded categories) include a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a defect occurs:
- Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, negligence, or intentional damage
- Breakage, scratches, or wear and tear
- Exposure to water, heat, or electricity (if not designed for it)
- Incorrect installation or electrical connection
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after inspection, based on payment method:

- If a product is returned, the original delivery cost will not be reimbursed as the service is considered complete
