  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be dispatched but delivered only after payment is received.

🚚 Shipping Policy

🔁 Refund & Return Policy (Kuwait Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 – Chapter Six)

🗓️ Article 24:

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days, unless otherwise stated or extended by the seller.

⛔ Article 25:

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted when:

  • The buyer was informed of a defect and accepted the item (as noted on the invoice).
  • The product’s nature or packaging prevents resale — unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
