📘 Definitions

Buyer: The individual or entity placing an order.
Goods or Services: The items or services requested by the buyer.

💳 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before order fulfillment.
If payment is not completed or is declined, the order will be cancelled and not shipped.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be dispatched but delivered only after payment is received.
Mahhalcom retains ownership of unpaid items.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
Charges vary based on the buyer’s delivery address.
Shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

🔁 Refund & Return Policy (Kuwait Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 – Chapter Six)

🗓️ Article 24:

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days, unless otherwise stated or extended by the seller.

⛔ Article 25:

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted when:

The buyer was informed of a defect and accepted the item (as noted on the invoice).
The product’s nature or packaging prevents resale — unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
